About us

We're fixing how the world hires developers.

Recruit AI was born from a simple frustration: the best engineers we knew were being filtered out by keyword-matching algorithms, while mediocre candidates with polished resumes sailed through.

Our mission

To make technical hiring meritocratic by replacing resume guesswork with verified skill analysis. We want every developer to be evaluated on their actual work — commits, architecture decisions, code quality — not buzzwords on a PDF.

Our vision

A world where the hiring process is a 10-day, data-driven workflow instead of a 3-month guessing game. Where companies find the right engineer on the first try, and talented developers never get overlooked because of where they went to school.

What we do differently

Traditional ATS systems match keywords. We analyze real code. Our platform ingests GitHub activity, evaluates project complexity, runs tailored assessments, and produces a verified skill score — not a keyword match percentage.

Our story

Recruit AI started in 2024 when our founders — engineers themselves — watched their company reject a brilliant open-source contributor because her resume didn't mention the right framework version. Meanwhile, a candidate with a picture-perfect LinkedIn got fast-tracked and flamed out in two months.

We asked: what if you could see what someone actually builds? Not their claims — their commits, their architecture, their test coverage, their growth over time? That question became Recruit AI.

Today we're a small, focused team building from India with users across the globe. We're backed by our own revenue, move fast, and believe the best recruiting tool is one that makes resumes optional.

Our values

Proof over promises

We believe hiring decisions should be based on what people build, not what they claim.

Fairness by default

Algorithmic hiring should reduce bias, not amplify it. We audit our models continuously.

Builder-first culture

We ship fast, stay lean, and give every team member real ownership.

Radical transparency

Open scoring rubrics, explainable AI rankings, and no black-box decisions.
